lul... this is a large file. I thought it'd be cool to scale him down for display.

I drew this with a canvas at the size of 1000+ for height and width. Which is why it's so large > w >;;
But it came out nifty! And I'm super happy with it <33333 ILUSABUUU!

He's one of my fav. characters besides Banette and some other ones. loolol
